How do we work?

Joining us you will be a part of a global (Poland, Spain, the UK) Relationship Management & Client Service Department (30 team members). You will join 4-person Team of expert Relationship Managers based in Warsaw and report to Customer Service Director.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the global financial markets. Through a comprehensive training program and daily exposure to forex, commodities, and capital markets, you'll acquire the skills and knowledge needed to launch a successful career in Finance.

In this role, you will:

  • Initiating contact with the largest Clients of the brokerage, both from Poland and EU26 countries.

  • Supporting Clients in the investment process and maintain a strong working relationship.

  • Placing transaction orders on behalf of and for the Client's account.

  • Assisting Clients with updating AML, MiFID, PIU, and other questionnaires.

  • Monitoring key macroeconomic data and providing ongoing assessment of market trends for the most important financial instruments.

  • Conducting webinars for the Clients.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous experience in Relationship Management/Customer Service or Sales.

  • Fluency in Polish and English.

  • Interest in Finance and Investment area, knowledge of financial instruments.

  • Understanding of the relationship between macroeconomic data and market price trends for major assets.

  • Being detailed, organized, and precise in handling the Clients' issues.

  • Basic knowledge of technical analysis.

  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Nice to have:

  • Securities License

  • Hands-on experience in financial market trading on a personal account.

  • Knowledge and working experience of MS Office, financial CRM and MetaTrader.
