Our client is a dynamic, boutique wealth management firm in Westport, CT with a mission to educate the community on all things financial and empower others to live their best lives. They design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures. The firm provides comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.
They are adding a Relationship Manager to support the firm in Westport.
Responsibilities
- Sit second chair to the senior advisor in client meetings to take explicit notes, build relationships with the clients, and understand the financial planning philosophy.
- Identify and bring to the senior advisor’s attention any new areas of business development for current clients including, but not limited to: planning and new assets, referrals and introductions, next gen, COIs, etc.
- Work with the investment, planning and operations teams to learn and eventually collaborate on analysis, recommendations, and service items
- Shadow both the director of financial planning to learn the financial planning process and the senior advisor to learn advanced financial planning techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Licensed or willingness to get licensed - Series 7 and 66 and LAH insurance license

Compensation
- $80K-$110K, all in with bonus
