Why this role matters

The Carrier Operations Analyst (Registration) will play a crucial role in supporting business operations by managing the Network API registration process across different countries. This role is essential to ensuring compliance and giving access to our customer base for our selection of Network API offerings. As a key member of the team, you will help onboard customer traffic through our API platform and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What you'll do:

  • Network API Registration: Manage Network API registrations with different suppliers across various countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and telecom restrictions.
  • Timely Processing: Work through global Network API business and application profile registrations submitted by our customers. Responding within predefined timeframes for assigned countries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Knowledge Resource: Act as a subject matter expert for Network API registration issues, handling related complaints and queries from global suppliers.
  • Internal Meetings: Contribute updates to weekly progress calls.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that global registration requirements, country regulations, and internal records (including wiki pages) are kept up-to-date.

What you'll bring

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in operations or support roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage processes.
  • Telephony Knowledge: Basic understanding of Telephony (e.g., Sender ID, OA, DLR) or a willingness to learn about telecommunications standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions (AMEA, APAC, EMEA).
  • Proactive Attitude: A positive mindset, with the ability to go beyond simply following instructions and contribute proactively to improving processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides) or MSOffice equivalents.
  • Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for managing tasks and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail: The ability to follow documentation meticulously. This includes the capacity to adhere to established guidelines and standards.
  • Strong sense of responsibility:  taking ownership of issues from identification through to resolution. This includes proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and accountability for delivering outcomes in a timely and effective manner.
