- obsługa administracyjna oddziału
- reprezentowanie firmy wobec Klientów, interesantów, dostawców
- wsparcie, realizacja i koordynacja działań związanych z lokalnymi akcjami marketingowymi
- administracyjne wsparcie procesów rekrutacji i sprzedaży oraz działań szkoleniowych w oddziale
- prowadzenie dokumentacji, korespondencji oraz sporządzanie raportów dotyczących działań rekrutacyjnych i sprzedażowych w oddziale/regionie
- wsparcie administracyjne procesu zawierania i rozwiązywania umów
Wymagania:
- doświadczenie w administracji biurowej
- sprawność obsługi pakietu MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, MS Outlook)
- wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne
- umiejętności analityczne (praca z raportami)
- życzliwość i pro-kliencka postawa (Klient wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny)
- umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- wielozadaniowość i umiejętność stawiania priorytetów, elastyczność
- znakomita organizacja pracy
- zaangażowanie, wysoka kultura osobista
