Regional Sourcing Manager, MEU, IT Services & Technology (12 Month Maternity Cover)
The Regional Sourcing Manager, MEU, IT Services and Technology role reports directly to the Global Sourcing Manager within Indirect Global Digital/IT Sourcing. The role will be supporting the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) stakeholders on all regional IT sourcing and contract management requirements.
The IT Services & Technology area includes all the following: Cloud/Hosting Services, Data Services, Fixed/Mobile Network Services, Application Development and Support, End User Support/Hardware, Cyber Security, and a wide range of technology software solutions.
The key activities include building strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to manage end to end procurement activities from contract advisory, managing bid events, supplier negotiations, supporting project execution, supplier relationship management, and driving controls and compliance across all regional IT sourcing and project activity.
How you will contribute
- The Regional Sourcing Manager will be act as the central point for all MEU IT Services & Technology requirements.
- You will partner with the Global Sourcing IT Services & Technology managers to support the regional deliverables of any Global bids or projects.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing and contract management activities for all MEU IT Services and Technology needs, managing key agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Software agreements to ensure compliance and strategic objectives met.
- Ensure full compliance to buying policy for 100% of spend under management.
- Support the delivery of strategic Regional Sourcing objectives; Productivity, Cashflow, Cost Avoidance, Supplier Diversity etc.
- Work in collaboration cross-functionally with other support functions such as legal, security, finance, tax, etc for efficient contract execution.
- Challenge & proactively partner with the Business to ensure right external partner selection.

- Prior Sourcing, Negotiation and Contract Management experience, is preferred but not a must for the right candidate.
Work schedule: 36h (8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm) with hybrid working.
This is a full-time role & 12 month contract.
