The Position
The Regional Senior Director reports into the Regional President Kinesso APAC and is responsible for working with key IPG Mediabrands organizations to understand the digital landscape, define the agency’s digital vision and prepare the organization on to execute against that vision.
- Team Leadership: Support and deliver craft excellence to teams across paid search, paid social, SEO, social content, creative, offshore ad operations, teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong direct client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and collaborate with UM and INI for seamless support.
- Vendor and Platform Management: Foster strong vendor relationships to stay ahead of industry trends. Share insights with teams, participate in training, and leverage expertise for new business pitches.
- Business Development: Actively participate in new business pitches with UM, INI, and Kinesso where relevant. Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities across various craft pillars for both existing and new clients.
Ideally
- Vast experience related to digital
- Experience in managing mid-large teams
- Experience across multiple client and business categories.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Outstanding knowledge and hands-on experience with programmatic, display, video, mobile, native advertising platforms, and various online bid models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI, etc.).
- Strong demonstrable experience developing and implementing SEO and social media campaigns.
- Solid understanding of the marketing/communications process.
- Strong marketplace relationships with senior sales people at major media companies
- Creative approach to defining deal terms including pricing models and value based on client objectives
- High level of comfort presenting to client and internal team members
- Excellent presentation skills for client and internal team communication.
