About the role
The Regional Sales Operations Leader interfaces intensively with multiple stakeholders in the Sales Team, Sales Operations Team, Business Administration & Finance, IT, Legal and Reporting to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently.
This position is essential to enable the Global Sales Ops Head as well as the Regional Sales Head to deliver upon NEXPERIA’s growth ambitions and to streamline processes in reporting, forecasting, Design WIN tracking globally with the Global Sales Ops Head. The Regional Sales Operations Leader also ensures that all processes, data and reports are centrally aligned with the Global Sales Ops Head and all regions. In this function it is also required to regularly communicate and exchange with the BG´s / MAGs; With the dotted line responsibility for the regional Quoting and the regional ISA & ASM roles - the regional Sales Ops leader has to assure to align and communication the regional strategies to and with the Global Sales Ops team as well as with the regional Sales Head and Global Quoting Mgr.

Implement, support & execute standardised sales management processes

Drive Revenue and Design Win Tracking/Forecasting in collaboration with the Sales team and Sales Operations Team globally

Monitor Target Setting and Controlling

Deploy and communicate Distribution Programs

Expense management - T&E control and regional budget management

Commission Plan administration

Work pro-actively to improve processes

Lead the regional Sales Ops team by ensuring to fullfill of all tasks as described in the position overview

Regular and deep alignment and cooperation with counterparts in the regions to ensure a centralised, unique Global Sales Ops strategy/picture for NEXPERIA
This is you
-
University degree in business/economics or any related studies
-
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the sesiconductor industry
-
Ideally initial experience in team leadership

Sound acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
-
Strong computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems e.g. SAP and ModelN and relevant EDI protocols e.g. RosettaNet

Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Strong, confident and clear communication skills

Ability to deal with different personalities (also push back on things)

High dependability, be there to support the business

Self-driven and ambitious to drive projects
