About the Role

In this role, you will work as The Regional Sales Manager (covering the East of the UK), reporting into the National Sales Manager. 

You will work with a mixed team of specialities, managing a team of Account Specialists, Business Development Managers and Clinical Consultants within the Vascular and Wound Care Market selling in an extensive range of medical devices under the Cutimed® and JOBST® brands.

Excellent communication will ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your team, and collaboration with other stakeholders across the business will be essential to your success.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this permanent position is field based. Extensive territory travel will be required, including some overnights, and occasional travel off territory for business meetings and conferences as necessary.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for setting individual targets for your team within existing accounts, and for new development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships to promote brand awareness.
  • Identify new business opportunities through effective market analysis.
  • Monitor and capture monthly postal brick activity in line with formulary pull.
  • Ensure your team is working effectively using all available resources, including clinical education.

Who You Are

  • Experience of working commercially in sales, ideally within the wound care and / or compression therapy market.
  • Experienced in working with a Blended Selling approach, coaching and supporting your team to fully maximise opportunities.
  • Establish regional Key Opinion Leader relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Good knowledge of IT skills, tech savvy and having worked previously on a CRM system and comfortable with reporting MI and competitor trends.
