Responsibilities
- Conduct key customer visits and trainings for pharmacies, HCPs, and mass-market stakeholders.
- Lead pharmacy sales, including negotiations, contracts, and chain agreements (TMI).
- Manage mass-market sales, tenders, negotiations, and contracts.
- Oversee sales management processes, including field reporting and local stock management.
- Act as the head user for sales reporting systems, driving development, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Develop and manage partnerships, negotiations, and contracts in the online sales space.
- Support financial controls, supply chain processes, and local stock optimization.
- Collaborate with the local management team to shape and implement strategic objectives.
- Serve as a key voice in the local management team, contributing to business growth and innovation.
- Proven track record in sales and key account management within the pharmacy or healthcare industries as well as with the related reporting and market systems.
- Strong background in e-commerce and online sales strategies.
- Exceptional skills in negotiations, contracts, and customer relationship management.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenge.
- Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel regularly within Finland and the Helsinki area.
