Verde Outdoor Media is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in our SE Market (comprised of GA and SC)! Ideally, this candidate will be located in the Savannah, GA area.

Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is an out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest Garcia II, founder of DriveTime.

Job Summary:

Manages the sales team in the designated market. Work to drive revenue at the local and national level, as well as manage and grow additional accounts in the market and region.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implements targeted, innovative, customer centric, business focused initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with stakeholders.

  • Leads the strategic development of programs and digital strategies within the region and use sales to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.

  • Cultivates region insights that navigate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing base of customers.

  • Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting, revenue projections, and forecasts.

  • Coach and lead the sales team within the region with a focus on personal development and professional growth opportunities. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the market.

  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. 

  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of media/advertising sales experience require.

  • 5+ years of leading a sales team required.

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to travel as required.
