The Regional Sales Manager-RV will identify, train, and grow the mid to high level producing RV dealerships nationally and continuously work to achieve origination and engagement targets. The RSM will carry out the company’s strategies by engaging the dealership via in store visits, phone campaigns, emails, and any other means of communication that will increase the dealership and territories overall expected performance. The RSM is to communicate market and dealer trends that have a direct impact on the company’s performance within the RV industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop professional relationships within the dealership that promote RoadRunner Financial and manage the accounts to create maximum performance.
- Continually monitor, communicate, and follow up with their dealer network via dealer visits, phone, email and text.
- Provide dealerships with all material on rate sheet changes, system updates, program enhancements and all other information that will maximize the dealership’s potential for success in the program.
- Report and communicate to the dealership on their individual progress in tracking to expected goals.
- Have the ability to monitor, update, create and access all reports on dealer performance and to formulate a plan to address the findings in those reports.
- Attend meetings, workshops, dealer events, outside marketing opportunities that pertain to the industry.
- Schedule routine weekly/monthly/quarterly visits with dealer network that coincide with company objectives.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, including competitors product.
- Hit and exceed stated goals on a monthly and annual basis.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years experience in related industry either in a dealership of outside sales.
- Proven experience in outside sales RV industry preferable.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written to be able to promote Roadrunner Financial.
- Self motivated and results driven.
- Passion for RV industry.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible with schedule, maintaining availability during standard business hours with the occasional off-hours.
Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $63,000 to $90,000 + a bonus incentive. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include benefits as outlined below.
