We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (F/H) to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based out of France.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first team members on the ground in France. Imprivata is poised to take it's healthcare solutions into France capitalizing on the growing needs to digitally transform and secure healthcare ecosystems. The Sales Director, Southern Europe will be managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Team working closely with the International VP, this is a hands on role leading from the front to directly drive sales performance as well as provide guidance and direction to the sales team.
The position is home based although a small managed office will be opened in France.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide leadership to a geographically diverse team of 2-5 territory Sales managers.
  • Be a player coach, carry an individual target in addition to the team target.
  • Manage sales performance to achieve targets for the defined region of responsibility including assignments and quotas.
  • Conduct group meetings to ensure that company/department strategy/goals/decisions are clearly understood and communicated
  • Manage personnel performance and productivity
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to achieve optimal success during the sales process
  • Enlist and retain top talent; motivate, mentor and coach team members
  • Drive continuous process and performance improvement within the sales Team
  • Align activity and best practice with company goals and structure/processes
  • Embrace change and the ability to adapt to face and conquer challenges
  • Develop trust within the team and with customers and partners by consistently honouring commitments and acting appropriately.
  • Set clear expectations and realistic goals to achieve objectives.
  • Motivate and drive high performance teams and promote a culture of achievement.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+years selling technology solutions in Healthcare.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking targets.
  • Comfortable calling at the senior executive level.
  • Highly effective presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Dynamic, high-energy, and is a self-starter.
  • Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
  • Located in the region of the assigned territory.
  • Good listener who leads by example not by "title"
  • Self-motivated, the ability to remain focused under pressure and a consistent high achiever who will go beyond expectations to get the job done.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
