Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
- Build, lead, and develop a team of 6 Sales and Education Account Executives as well as sales specialists across assigned territory.
- Achieve sales goals, as determined by management, in assigned Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores throughout given territory.
- Plan and execute strategies to drive business and brand awareness via innovative events and edutainment.
- Conduct all Sephora, Nordstrom and Ulta in store trainings in line with respective retailers Brand expectations.
- Use company supported reports and tools to create customized in store strategies related to cast training and selling experience.
- Establishing and developing strong relationships at store level with Sephora BA’s, Store Leadership, DM’s, Nordstrom CM’s, Point Person, Beauty Stylists, Department Managers, Ulta Management and employees.
- Handle in-store training of Fresh selling specialists (if applicable) and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories. This includes Selling Specialists, Sephora BA’s, Nordstrom and Ulta employees.
- Lead strong partnership with Sephora BA’s, Nordstrom CM’s, clients, Ulta employees and clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store.
- Ability to recruit, direct and evaluate Selling Specialists. Manage and distribute selling specialist budgets.
- Ensure Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards.
- Work with store leadership for visual placement in-store and stock management.
- Develop and manage SEC’s to ensure territory growth and overall business objectives and team success.
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel (when applicable).
Your impact in your first year:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals as determined by management, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Fresh brand in the assigned territory.
- Team Leadership: Successfully build, lead, and manage a team of Sales and Education Coordinators, ensuring their development and performance align with business objectives.
- Strategic Impact: Develop and execute customized in-store strategies that enhance the selling experience and drive revenue, leveraging insights and data to continuously improve business operations and achieve company objectives.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 7+ Years of Experience Required in the Beauty Industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience in Sephora, Nordstrom and Ulta environment..
- Must have great time management skills in order to complete all necessary reports, paperwork, etc. in a timely fashion.
You are:
- Able to be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand.
- Able be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Able to manage others effectively.
- Able to travel within the territory.
- Able to meet flexible working hours - hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Able to work remotely.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of standing, walking, moving for min. of 4 to 6 hours daily.
- Able to meet travel requirements - Position requires heavy traveling and driving to stores as well as market visits to SEC’s

The salary range for the role is $118,000 - $135,000 USD
