Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • ~5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or sales of Workday or Workday Professional Services to C-levels or Client Executives.

  • Experience engaging or negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities

  • Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory

  • Proven track record in high-volume, high-paced sales cycles, including prospecting with Workday counterparts

  • Understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday and TopBloc solutions within accounts

  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies

  • Experience managing a variety of relationships, across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups with track record of independent decision making aligned with organizational goals

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint,Google Sheets and Google Slides

  • Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, verbal, written and oral. Must be comfortable presenting in front of large or small groups

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

TopBloc Account Executives are key contributors to our Sales organization. This role has a net new revenue focus, aligning with Workday’s Emerging Markets team to drive new customer growth for Workday and TopBloc. This role will play a key role in guiding new customers on a Workday journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As an organization, we believe in partnering with Workday and our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value. We want to make sure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing. In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory

  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment

  • Initiate and support sales of Workday and TopBloc solutions within Emerging Markets prospects and shares TopBloc value propositions

  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

  • Experience demonstrating, implementing, or solutioning Workday Financials or with a strong background in Finance

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
