The Opportunity

As the Regional Sales Director for UK & Ireland, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to help organizations discover and secure their connected devices. You'll own the regional strategy, drive revenue growth, and build enduring customer partnerships in one of the most innovative and high-growth sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach a Team: Manage and inspire a top-tier sales team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive Growth: Define and execute the sales strategy for the UKI market, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
  • Engage Customers: Build lasting relationships with enterprise clients, empowering them to unlock the full potential of the Armis platform.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with marketing, product, and global sales leadership to align regional goals with the company’s broader vision.
  • Innovate: Identify trends, explore opportunities, and stay ahead of the competitive curve in the cybersecurity landscape.

What we expect:

  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology fields.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-pound sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, manage complex sales cycles, and influence at all levels.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the UKI business landscape, including enterprise and public sector.
  • Vision: Strategic thinker who can translate big ideas into actionable results.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for solving customer challenges and delivering real-world value.
