Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives in the region.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role covering Nordics, as a Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales / Country Manager or a Sales Director ideally in a fast-growing international company in the security industry.
  • Experience hiring and leading a successful sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and an established network of industry contacts.
  • Experience in managing distributor and channel sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
  • Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
  • Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical personality.
