What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior management role covering Nordics, as a Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales / Country Manager or a Sales Director ideally in a fast-growing international company in the security industry.
- Experience hiring and leading a successful sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic market and an established network of industry contacts.
- Experience in managing distributor and channel sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
