We are hiring a Regional Sales Director, France to be responsible for developing and leading the region. As the RSD you will be expected to drive revenue growth, and grow your customer base within your assigned territory. You will be recognized as a sales leader throughout the company – setting the tone and pace for your specified region. We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll spend your time developing and executing sales strategies, and strategically partnering with groups across the organization.

Reporting to: VP Sales EMEA

Location: Paris, France (Home office) 

Direct employment  

Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Sales Director will own his own quota, develop a pipeline to help over-achieve revenue targets
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for the region, projecting expected sales volume for AlgoSec products.
  • Coordinate with our Channel Manager for the region partner program and incentive
  • Meet with prospects and strategize with sales representatives to help close deals
  • Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face-to-face in person meetings. Up to 50% travel is expected.  
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Strategically partner with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, Customer Support, and other functional teams
  • Follow AlgoSec’s go to market strategy with a focus on expanding existing customers and driving new business with Channels and Cisco.  



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent oral and written skills in in French, and excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of successful field management experience, leading sales teams in a software product companies. 
  • Deep experience with selling with/through key partners like Cisco, Orange Cyber Defense, Nomios, I-Tracing, Eviden, 
  • Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
  • Experience in leading a small sales team.
  • Dynamic sales professional with at least 10 years of successful experience in direct and channel sales, selling enterprise level solutions, executive selling of long-cycle products in the French market.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota year on year.
  • Experience in generating new business and motivated to exceed targets 
  • Experience in working with Salesforce
  • Lead by example - Results-driven and ‘can-do’ approach, integrity, and professionalism
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate teams
  • interpersonal communications and presentation skills
