Role summary

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Director to lead our EMEA revenue operations team.

You will work closely with our EMEA revenue leadership team and global Revenue Operations team, and drive growth and efficiency within the EMEA region. This is an instrumental role for our revenue department, with significant responsibility and impact on the business.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in Revenue Operations who can drive our next phase of growth.

About The Role

  • Lead and scale the EMEA Revenue Operations team by building structure and processes, coaching existing talent, and hiring to support future regional growth.
  • Work closely with the GM and regional directors of EMEA to support different GTM initiatives, identifying trends and business opportunities, and driving data influenced decisions to help the teams reach their strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales efforts with an emphasis on ROI, quota attainment, TAM analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline and actionable metrics.
  • Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports.
  • Create and implement sales forecasting models, offering clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Develop strategies and plans that will help maximize the region’s overall revenue growth.
  • Oversee territory planning and market research, ensuring alignment with market opportunities for growth, target audience and sales strategies.
  • Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and prioritise investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organisation productivity.
  • Provide support for the day-to-day operations and be a trusted business partner to the business leadership.



Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations roles, strategy/consulting or similar (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Practical business sense and the ability to translate from strategic concepts to operational implications.
  • Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch.
  • Experienced and comfortable working with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL - an advantage).
  • Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights, with the ability to create clarity and focus on the key aspects that will fuel growth.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - this is key to success in this role.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
