Regional Procurement Senior Specialist
Job Summary
A procurement professional responsible for the supply chain on complex and business critical procurement initiatives. They engage in supplier and internal communication as well as project demand management.
Responsibilities
Project Oversight

Prepares project budget
-
Coordinates and monitors projects from start to completion

Meets deadlines, communicates progress of project and conducts meetings as needed

Responsible for the completion of a portion of project deliverables

Reports on commercial issues from quote to invoicing

Communicates large project/program scope, schedule, resource and budget changes, risks, and issues
Supplier Management

Ensures vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters

Contributes to inventory analysis and forecast plan creation, suggesting insights based on the data

Shares demand forecasts with suppliers

Administrates RFX's, as directed, to support project requirements
-
Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Business Partnering

Engages and collaborates with business teams on assigned initiatives

Provides insight to procurement execution initiatives
-
Educates the business on procurement processes and governance

Provides input and recommendations to the Source to Pay process and systems
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
