Regional Performance Director
The Regional Performance Director is responsible for developing and implementing a holistic learning and performance strategy. The Regional Performance Director will have a proven track record in designing innovative learning programs, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and performance strategy driven by KPI results and global organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate learning initiatives into overall business plans.
- Learning Program Leadership:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of diverse learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and onboarding.
- Ensure learning solutions are engaging, effective, and tailored to meet the needs of various employee groups.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and performance initiatives.
- Lead workshops to enhance individual and team performance through effective performance coaching processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance programs.
- Talent Development:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Learning Technology Management:
- Support the implementation and utilization of learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant platforms.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads, Division Presidents, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and align learning initiatives accordingly.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing comprehensive learning and performance initiatives.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and performance management systems.
