In this position, the Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for localizing and executing global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of the Spain markets. The Regional  Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, working closely with distributors, partners, and #TeamUp sports teams to drive brand visibility and engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  •  Develop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs specifically tailored to the Spain region, in line with global strategies
  • Proficiency in positioning cybersecurity products and solutions effectively in competitive markets
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept, content, and vendor management, to final wrap-up and reporting
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet company objectives
  • Partners with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develop regional Marketing Program Strategy to support those
  • Works with the regional Sales team (PSM, DAM) to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel
  • Works closely with the EMEA Marketing team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix. Measures and evaluates short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implements adjustments as required
  • Oversee the management of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to enquire about target ROI and optimize partner collaboration and marketing impact
  • Design and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships
  • Provide the Sales team with targeted marketing strategies and tools to drive revenue generation
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing activities that expand their market presence
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to improve future campaigns
  • Travel is required to engage with Partner Success Managers, Distributor Account Managers, sales leaders, and key partners, as well as to attend strategic events, with 50% travel expected


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or technology sector
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Spain market, as well as familiarity with the Spain Cyber Security Strategy and with the local cyber security associations
  • Proven track record in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within the channel marketing space
  • Proven track record of planning and execution of corporate events
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing
  • Experience managing multiple projects and budgets that align with marketing and sales objectives
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Ability to use marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
