We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Lead for the LATAM region to join our team. This role is crucial in driving marketing campaigns that support business growth, generating high-quality leads, and enhancing our brand presence across the region. The ideal candidate will also manage internal and external public relations and communications, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional market demands.

Skills and Experience we desire

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the LATAM region, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and events, to maximize reach and impact.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.

Public Relations and Communications:

  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and achievements.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging and impactful content.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the LATAM region.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to market initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the LATAM region.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns and generating leads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
