Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Western U.S. with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems.
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations for 5-7 dental practices in the Greater Salt Lake City Region. This is a leadership role that requires a proven track record in multi-location management, team building, and driving business performance in the healthcare or dental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire, coach, and support Dental Practice Managers and teams to achieve operational excellence and exceptional patient care.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across 5-7 practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Financial Oversight: Analyze practice performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build high-performing teams that align with Signature Dental Partners’ mission and values.
- Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to state and federal dental practice regulations and company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and efficiency in the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of multi-location management experience, preferably in dental
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and drive profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft) is a plus.
- Position requires someone based in Salt Lake City, UT
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Salt Lake City Region and ability to travel occasionally overnight for corporate level meetings and events
