Support the effective management of S&OP process and generating demand forecasting in collaboration with affiliates in the regions leveraging statistical forecasts. Support on data simplification work and development of region supply chain analytics and reporting
Demand and Statistical Forecast
- Analyze sales history patterns, interrogate forecast data trend in the markets to derive high quality business analysis and make recommendations to market
- Implement statistical forecast adoption in all markets
- Analyze and improve statistical forecasts, maintain forecast parameters and identifies trends and seasonality.
- Work with local DP to provide insight on historical cleansing and statistical projection vs. market forecast.
- Measure and drive improvement to statistical forecast accuracy.
Integrated Business Planning / Sales & Operations Planning / Analytics
- Drive the adherence of integrated business planning process in the region to effectively support the business ambition of Galderma
- Support process excellence initiatives for projects, S&OP/S&OE implementation/improvement in the market together with Regional IBP Manager
- Use a combination of information and experience to provide high quality, relevant reports with recommendations for action. This entails processing data from multiple sources & automation.
- Support Regional S&OP through consolidating data templates & insights from markets in order for the Region to make informed decision, drive improvements required and escalate issues for resolution.
- Run and analyze Regional Supply Chain Reports (i.e., forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets, inventory outlook, volume analysis).
- Support the creation of training materials for the market and region

Education/Training :
- Bachelor or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Business or Supply Chain Mgmt
- Supply Chain certification or Data Analytics is favorable
Work Experience:
- 7+ years solid experience in Supply Chain and Planning/S&OP
- Statistical forecasting and demand planning experience
- Worked in a regional set-up and multi-country organization
Competencies/Skills:
- Understanding of Supply Chain and Sales concepts
- Analytical with strong focus on details & precision
- Initiative to understand internal process
- Knowledgeable in Power BI
- Proficient in Data Management/Data Analytics/Visualization
- Excellent excel skills – macro, power query
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
