Position Overview
HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead business development, client relationships, and regional operations within California. This role is responsible for expanding our partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and facilities while ensuring outstanding service delivery and long-term client retention.
This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in California to support and oversee operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to drive growth and expand HALO Dx’s presence within the healthcare community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Oversee and support client partnerships, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
- Stay up to date on advancements in genetic testing and radiology to effectively communicate HALO Dx’s value proposition.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with HALO Dx.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for expansion within the genetic testing and radiology sectors.
- Provide regular reports on regional performance, client engagement, and key business metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize client experiences and address any partner-related challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Consulting background with experience in healthcare, medical sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in healthcare, radiology, or genetic testing is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and oversee regional operations.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for presentations, data entry, and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
