DaVita has an open position for a SNF Regional Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within multiple SNF Dialysis sites in St Louis and Kansas City MO. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. This leader manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred

Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; multi-site Operations and managed care experience preferred

Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

Experience managing PnL and Budget
