Is this the role for you?
As the Regional Business Sales Manager for the Northern Region (NSW, ACT, QLD & NT) , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Ricoh's Sales Teams (Direct and Indirect) across all customer segments and portfolios. This senior leadership position is focused on fostering a high-performance sales culture, driving new business, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations across multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Mentor and coach state-based Sales Management teams to achieve their full potential.
- Review and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand Ricoh’s customer base and strengthen our presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Seek new business opportunities, secure contracts, and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Ricoh brand within the region.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and regularly report actual performance against budget, including variance analyses and revised projections.
- Set performance objectives to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams or sites, achieving KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Extensive experience in budget management and setting performance objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational issues.
