Objective of the position:
n charge of developing commercial and operational strategies for dealers in assigned regions to provide incremental parts and service business, adequate customer support , stronger rapport with regional customers and optional brand image with strict alignment to DVCM policies and Code of Conduct in order to achieve corporate goals and ensure profitability and service level to provide adequate support to the product.
Promote company´s products and services, establishing business / sales plan dealers in region, prospect new clients, consult dealer credit, be a business consultant, review and discuss commercial programs and promotions and their success rate, audit dealer parts stocks and place recommendation to improve parts and service availability, ensure dealer complies with company standards, review market potential and promote strategies to ensure a high market share for dealer, provide high customer service and local support with customers and fleets.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Focus on after sales automotive industry, field sales. Knowledge of local and macro economic indicators
- Capable of building based on solid arguments. clear, to the point and with cost benefit bases
- Capable of establishing solution scenarios with the available information
- Capable of making decisions within the framework established by DVCM, being sensitive to the urgency of the end customer. Capable of using situational leadership.
- Capable of knowing the details of the operation of the network and clients with a long-term vision
