This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Recruitment Marketing Specialist

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing recruitment marketing strategies with a strong focus on employee referrals. Your role will involve leveraging digital channels to attract top talent, enhance employer branding, and increase employee engagement in the referral program.

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Initiatives. Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagement.

  • Referral Program management. Manage end-to-end employee referral program operations, including forecast, plan, strategy, execution, employee incentive payout, tracking, and optimization. Monitor and analyze referral program performance, using data-driven insights to improve participation and hiring results. Optimize referral incentives and reward structures to maximize employee participation and program ROI.

  • Stakeholder management. Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and employer branding team to create compelling employer branding content. 

  • Digital channel management. Leverage digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertising to promote job openings and referral incentives.

  • External partnership. Coordinate with the Boon team to escalate glitch and technical concerns and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Market research. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and referral programs.

  • Internal communication. Support internal communication efforts to encourage employee participation in the referral program.

  • Reports and Analytics. Report key metrics and insights to the Employer Branding Manager, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • 1-2 years of working experience in online marketing, paid campaigns for talent acquisition marketing

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a referral program for talent acquisition.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, marketing automation tools, and referral marketing software

Desired Qualifications:

  • Recruitment Online Marketing Experience. Proven experience in online marketing, with a focus on recruitment and referral programs. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising for talent attraction.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM Tools. Relevant experience using referral marketing platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and CRM tools.

  • Analytical Skills. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and data analysis.

  • Communication and Collaboration. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project management skills. Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Solution Oriented. Creative problem-solver with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Shift schedule. Willing to work on morning shift (5am - 2pm Manila time)

  • Work set-up schedule. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
