WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. The company is seeking to bolster its support staff by hiring employees in Turkey.
About the Job:
This is a remote position. Working hours will be 4:00pm until 2:00am Istanbul time, Monday through Friday. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English. Resumes provided in Turkish will not be reviewed.
The Human Resources Administrator will assist the Human Resources department in maintaining thorough and accurate digital records for all employees, serve as the main point of contact for WBL’s Turkey-based workforce, work on special projects as assigned, and provide administrative support to the HR Generalist. .
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Recruiters.
- Review candidate English levels.
- Set and enforce weekly recruiting deadlines.
- Manage our ATS (currently Workable)
- Communicate effectively with SMEs, Hiring Managers and Executive team to establish hiring needs.
- Oversee end-to-end Recruitment process.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years working as a Team Lead or similar Managerial role.
