We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant who excels in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This role will support our Claim organization by developing and implementing effective and creative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise in recruiting and will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top-tier talent.

You will proactively drive our talent acquisition efforts, champion our recruitment strategy, and build talent pipelines that align with organizational goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the recruitment process as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring teams. Partner with key stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
- Perform full-cycle recruitment, building pipelines of high-quality, active and passive candidates through targeted sourcing, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and align recruitment with business priorities.
- Develop knowledge of key talent markets to build proactive talent pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers on offer recommendations. Extend and negotiate offers.
- Participate in maintaining and monitoring vendor relationships and make vendor recommendations as needed.
- Prepare and submit recruiting activity and analysis as well as other reports.
- Stay current on hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditions.
- Manage assigned recruiting projects including process changes.

- Strong recruitment/sourcing expertise leveraging best practices, techniques, and technology
- Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to assess applicant/candidate quality, skills and fit to identify best talent for the position(s)
- Solid business acumen and a bility to understand the talent needs of hiring managers and the organization's talent strategy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguous, confidential and sensitive situations
- Customer service focus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, in a related discipline, or equivalent
- Typically a minimum of seven years recruiting experience with a combination of corporate and agency recruiting; insurance experience is strongly preferred
- Workday experience is considered a plus
- AIRS certification preferred

I n certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia , California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois , Maryland , Massachusetts , New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually.Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
