We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Recruitment Data & Analytics Specialist to manage, analyze, and report on all recruitment-related data. In this role, you’ll partner with the Talent team to build dashboards in Looker, track recruitment trends, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-centric environment and is passionate about enabling better decisions through analytics and insights.

The impact you’ll have here:

  • Own and manage all recruitment data across the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other relevant tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker to capture key recruitment metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and forecast hiring needs.
  • Partner with the Talent team and other stakeholders to align on data needs, reporting requirements, and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement best data collection, storage, and reporting practices to support scalable hiring processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in a data analytics role, preferably within recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SQL is required.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse, and an understanding of how to extract, manipulate, and report on ATS data.
  • A strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.

  • We’re committed to structured alignment, holding weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to solve challenges collectively.

  • As a globally distributed team, we operate across various time zones, yet most of us overlap for collaboration and meetings between 7am-12pm PST, bringing flexibility and resilience to our work routines.
  • All team members, regardless of location, maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration and drive solutions effectively across the team.
