About the Role:
This Recruiting Coordinator role is focused on ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, and employees alike. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers in delivering a smooth and efficient hiring process.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Serve as a key point of contact for any scheduling changes/interview updates between the candidate and the interviewers
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS- Greenhouse), Modern Loop, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools
- Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management
- Support Recruiting Operations initiatives/projects with the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred, but not required
- A proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Excellent project management abilities, with a strong focus on organization, flexibility, and adaptability
- A team player with a passion for creating an efficient, welcoming, and collaborative workplace
