About the role:

Together.ai is looking for an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic recruiting coordinator to join our talent team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thorough, and flexible in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. You will get to partner closely with the talent specialist lead to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our recruiting experience and process. We are looking for  a team player who can live our vision and is eager to develop their recruiting skills at one of the most competitive,research -driven companies in AI.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role, preferably in the tech, AI, or ML industry.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Experience in coordinating interviews across multiple departments and teams. 
  • Understanding of the tech industry and typical roles (e.g., Software engineering, ML engineering, Product management, Account executive, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, to interface with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage last-minute scheduling changes or candidate needs.
  • Customer service orientation – ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Adaptable to changing hiring priorities.
  • Empathetic and able to handle candidate needs and concerns with care.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with HR to ensure smooth transitions between recruitment and onboarding.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in developing recruitment-related templates, tools, or guides for hiring managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment records.
  • Book rooms, handle travel arrangements, and set up virtual meetings for candidate interviews when necessary.
  • Ensure that interviewers have the necessary materials and schedules for their interviews.
  • Help prepare and send offer letters to candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verifications.
  • Prepare and run reports on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, etc.
  • Manage and update interview schedules through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and calendar tools.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries and updates on their status.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $75,000 - $95,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
