Role Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent in the HFT space. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role demands a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in quantitative trading and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess top talent across quantitative research, trading, and software engineering roles.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive engagement and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, campus hiring, employee referrals, and industry events.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with universities and build relationships with top-tier institutions to attract early talent.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within HFT, quantitative finance, hedge funds, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to attract and hire top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, naukri and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Passion for finance, trading, and technology is a plus.
