Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent across various regions and industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and relationship-building.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
