DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for an exceptional full-lifecycle Recruiter to join our People team. You will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and helping achieve the company’s growth objectives. You will be trusted as the expert in sourcing and attracting top industry talent and collaborate with the leadership team to help scale the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage a full life cycle recruiting process, creating an incomparably positive end-to-end interview experience for candidates
  • Source and attract high-caliber talent, and effectively convert passive candidates 
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies catered to each role 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on the sourcing, evaluation, and closing process
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer to forecast hiring needs and identify strategies to fill open roles
  • Conduct candidate screening and facilitate debrief sessions with hiring teams 
  • Effectively extend and negotiate employment offers
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience. Previous startup experience and experience hiring sales and marketing professionals is a major plus.
  • A competitive nature and a passion for recruiting the best talent
  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly proficient at working cross-functionally with leaders
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to creating the best candidate experience
  • Self-motivated and results-driven 
  • Experience working with an ATS (Bonus points if you have experience with Greenhouse)
