Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment primarily for sales positions (i.e. outside sales, inside sales, account executives, sales support), from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring the preparation of interview questions and materials.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies and create talent maps for active and passive candidates.
  • Build candidate networks, manage a database, and assist with onboarding and Workday processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate recruitment training for managers and attend job fairs to expand talent pipelines.
  • Manage 10-15 requisitions monthly with a fill rate of 5 jobs per month and meeting time-to-fill goals of 45 days or less.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a recruiter in a multi-state company.
  • Experience recruiting sales roles preferred.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems. Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.

Skills

  • Expertise in creating sourcing strategies and recruiting for sales roles. (outside sales, inside sales, account executives),
  • Familiarity with the sales process (lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, closing deals).
  • Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present job opportunities persuasively and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
  • Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Other Requirements

  • Able to travel outside of the office 5-10% of the time to attend job fairs, deliver training, and attend meetings.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
