The Role
As a Talent Coordinator at Elantis you’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting targets for staffing placements for clients.
- Collaborating with the sales teams to find opportunities for staffing placements for clients.
- Sourcing candidates for both staff placements for clients, as well as internal roles.
- Screening candidate resumes and conducting interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
- Preparing and submitting proposals for temporary staffing via RFPs and detailed skilled matrices.
- Identifying opportunities to grow staffing revenue.
- Developing and nurturing a pool of candidates of employees and contractors.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with candidates and customers.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and customers.
From the technical side, here are some of the skills we're looking for:
- Successful track record responding to formal staffing solicitations and resourcing requests through RFPs and detailed skilled matrices.
- Experience working in the information technology industry.
- Experience building and maintaining a pool of candidates.
- Solid experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM software.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple open roles and candidates at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build connections with clients and candidates quickly.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
