Atlassian has an exciting opening for a remote, full-time (ideally Polish-speaking) Recruiter to join our EMEA Business Talent Acquisition team! The team is comprised of junior & senior full lifecycle recruiters. You will be brought in to continue to build out our Business organisations as we continue to evolve, with a focus on the Polish tech market as well as the broader EMEA region. In this position, you will report into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA & India.

• Full recruitment life cycle supporting business openings (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, General Administrative). This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with the business being a true consultative partner. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.
• Focus on market mapping, building representative pipelines and long-term engagement with top talent.

• Fluency in Polish & English.
• You have experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.
• You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.
• You have experience driving diversity, equity and inclusion strategies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• You have experience closely partnering with the business you support.
• Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
• Experience in tech sales recruiting & the Polish tech market preferred.
