Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Record Retention Clerk to contribute to our Credit team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to accurately index documents that have been scanned into the Kofax imaging system for document storage and retrieval. You will be using basic word processing, spreadsheet, telephone, email skills and 10-key by touch. You will also verify documents for clarity and accuracy and effectively communicate results and/or exceptions to established procedures. In addition, you will assist in manually preparing documents for scanning. You’ll also provide document scanning back up for the general office clerk during peak periods or as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months+ experience in an administrative support position with data entry functions
- 6 months+ experience with standard office equipment (i.e., computer, fax machine, calculator, printer, copier, scanner)
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated 10-key by touch
- Demonstrated basic word processing, email and spreadsheet skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually sort and prepare documents for imaging, and scan documents into the AS400 imaging system.
- Index documents that have been scanned into the AS400 imaging system.
- Verify documents for clarity and accuracy; correctly operate equipment and monitor quality.
- Provide back-up scanning and/or indexing during peak periods.
- Assist other associates as needed; perform associated tasks as requested to assist with departmental projects.
- Input email documentation into the Kofax imaging system from the Greater Credit Team.
- Cross training in other areas in the other Credit Support department.
- Daily Reporting
Hiring Salary Range: $16.43/hr - $19.70/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
