You will work in a data driven environment where your inquisitive, curious and solution focused attitude will be key to the success of this role.

  • This is your opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge of technical tools such as Power BI, Excel Macros, VBA and Access which you will use to proactively manage script (exam paper/ material)  investigations to minimise customer queries.  You do not need to have used all of these tools before and this will be a real opportunity for learning, personal growth and development.

Your constant focus on continuous improvement as well as the preparation of any necessary supporting materials such as training collateral and quality assurance checklists will ensure exceptional levels of accuracy.

What’s in it for you?

For mid-May, June, July and the first two weeks of August your role will be conducted fully onsite during peak series, whilst working from home off peak and will require working on specific Saturdays. Any work undertaken outside of your normal working week will be subject to overtime, ensuring you are financially compensated during this short peak period.
