We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager for our Montevideo office located in Zonamerica.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Help Management on the day-to-day running of the Montevideo office: responsible for organizing, coordinating and assisting the office daily activities.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including office supplies.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintaining workplace security.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing them as necessary.
  • Assisting other Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc adm. duties.
  • Local/global communications to the employees.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Business administration student or similar its a plus.
  • Prior experience as receptionist/management assistant its a plus.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
