Job summary
The purpose of the job is to organize and to manage the Reception activities of the Firenze Fashion & Art School.
In this role the Receptionist is in charge of managing and sorting calls, the welcome of students and guests and of handling the administration activities in general.
Key purpose of the role:
● To carry on the opening and closing of the School;
● To support library and administrative office;
● To manage students, teachers and visitors presence;
● To record students presence considering the planning of lessons and exams;
● To check students flow to and from the school;
● To welcome students giving them informations and support;
● To handle calls for the Staff, to manage and to sort messages;
● To give support in general for internal delivery, documents and translation;
● To reserve taxi if it is required;
● To organize national and international business trip for the staff.
Educational Skills:
● Bachelor Degree in Politics-Economics- Humanistics - Languages;
● Proficiency in English;
● Knowledge of Office Suite;
● Proactivity and Team player.
