Apple Valley Villa is hiring Full Time Evening Receptionists to join our team! In this role, you will manage the phones and greet guests. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with older adults.
Evening Shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm, 64 hours per 2 week pay period.

What does a Receptionist do?
- Manage phone communications coming into the facility.
- Greet visitors and guests professionally, warmly and determine their nature and purpose of visit.
- Direct and/or accompany visitors and guest to appropriate destination.
- Review, organize, post and audit resident trust account withdrawals in the billing system.
- Sort and distribute Saturday mail.
- Process weekly A/P invoices.
- Perform various typing assignments and miscellaneous clerical duties for all departments as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
What does a Receptionist require?
- High school diploma or equivalent with previous customer service or reception experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Place a high priority on customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Able to work with frequent interruptions.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
