About the role: 

We’re looking for a dynamic and professional receptionist to be the face of Electrolux in our Krakow Global Finance Shared Service Centre, where we currently employ about 1000 people. 

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will set the tone for our office with your friendly demeanor and organizational skills. As a receptionist, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're a multitasker with a passion for creating a welcoming environment, we want to hear from you! 

This is a temporary role for 12 months 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Daily reception service, including professional care of guests, answering or redirecting phone calls, answering questions from employees and visitors, receiving and sending the post 

  • Organizing and servicing meetings and business trips 

  • Preparing conference rooms for meetings and coordinating the booking of such rooms 

  • Coordinating incoming & outgoing correspondence; maintaining correspondence journal 

  • Supervision over the correct circulation of documents and information, archiving company’s documentation 

  • Issuing entrance cards and mailroom management 

  • Placing and processing orders for office supplies and office fault reporting 

  • Organizing sessions for new-joiners in our company (sending invitations, setting the date of the session, etc) 

  • Administrative support for other company departments in their daily work 

  • Coordinating the „Employee Product Testing Program” 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and customer-oriented approach 

  • Excellent English & Polish 

  • Proactive approach and a positive “can-do” attitude 

  • Resilient – You manage challenging situations in a professional way, you are respectful and composed 

  • Experience in Customer service area would be an asset

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
