Based at out new National Distribution Centre in Rotherham we are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to cover the hours 0800 – 1700 Monday to Friday.

Visitor Management

  • Maintain security for the NDC by checking details and processing passes for visitors

  • Explain site security and health and safety to all visitors

  • Ensure that visitors are held at reception until the host has arrived

  • Be able to provide excellent customer service to all visitors

Administration

  • Ensure that managers are clearing exceptions on the UKG portal

  • Pull reports from UKG and provide to relevant agencies timecards for their staff

  • Support Managers to ensure Hub notifications are completed on time for starters and leavers

  • Assist the Managing Director with travel requests and expenses processing maintaining a high level of confidentiality

General

  • Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times

  • Prepare meeting rooms and organise refreshments as and when required

  • Handle routine enquiries with professionalism

  • Support managers with PPE orders ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained

  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
