Meet the team:
Strategic Contracting and Operations is responsible for enabling commercial strategies for the US through effective contract and rebate lifecycle management. The Rebate Analyst will ensure Dexcom’s continued success through the administration of commercial and government contracts with our strategic customers. The Rebate Analyst will collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure that rebates have appropriate backup data, are paid on time, are operationally efficient, and balance risk. Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, this position will demonstrate a purposeful focus on value creation opportunities to impact revenue, the customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability supporting Dexcom’s rapid growth.
This Rebate Analyst is responsible for being an excellent team player, capable of managing the rebate lifecycle through all stages from invoice request, analysis, and payment as well as the dispute resolution process. This individual will communicate with key partners, provide guidance for rebate programs involving cross-functional teams, and drive analytics for the business that they manage.
Where you come in:
- Execute rebate strategies and activities designed to achieve revenue, profitability, and market access objectives across DexCom’s US business channels.
- Synthesize and analyze market research, historical sales/rebate data, and competitive pricing to review customer invoices and reconciliation strategies.
- Assist in the execution of rebate objectives, rebate programs, and rebate analytics.
- Interpret and implement rebate/contracting guidance and provide specific recommendations to business partners.
- Review and report trending rebate volumes and comparative growth rates.
- Partner with cross-functional employees to align on rebate payments and gather invoice approvals as required.
- Develop ad hoc rebate and invoice analysis, including back-end reporting
- Other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
- Rebate adjudication or accounting experience for domestic or international projects
- Experience working directly in Contracting, Finance, Accounting, or Sales Operations departments
- Strong user of data analytics tools (i.e., Excel and Tableau)
- Experience and comfort working in a matrixed environment, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and solve complex problems
- Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of work.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,429.58 to €3,001.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
