RESPONSIBILITIES
As an R&D Scientist, you’ll engage in a variety of rewarding tasks, including:
Research and Development

Lead and support projects focused on silicones and surfactants, contributing to cutting-edge product development and characterization.

Address technical challenges with innovative solutions to improve processes and products.
Collaboration Across Teams

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement, to share insights and ensure successful project outcomes.
Intellectual Property and Innovation
-
Monitor the global intellectual property (IP) landscape and contribute to the creation of new IP, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs.
Safety and Lab Operations

Maintain a safe, compliant lab environment, manage equipment, and coordinate chemical and waste handling with care and precision.
Continuous Growth and Learning

Expand your expertise in silicones and surfactant technologies while staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
What We’re Looking For

Education and Experience

Recent Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related discipline, or a Masters degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with a Bachelors degree with 7+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Proven hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, with an emphasis on synthetic techniques. The ideal candidate will have research experience in silicones and surfactant characterization.

Familiarity with intellectual property management, regulatory compliance, and lab safety practices.
