Position Summary
1. Contribute to making business outcomes by efficiently planning and operating facility investment, cost, budget needed for development.
2. Promote establishment of efficient development environment through efficient operation of development organization and partner company, establishment of development infrastructure and improvement of work process.
3. Contribute to making business outcomes by following the development schedule and cutting developing cost through operation and timely delivery of samples(development/verification/marketing) needed for development.
4. Perform compliance management by cutting development material cost and managing compliance risks through efficient operation such as management of material(new/mass production)'s warehousing/releasing.
5. Min. 8 years of experience on Business Administration with some supervisory skills.
6. Good team building and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Facility investment management] Analyze an investment strategy for feasibility review upon facility investment and asset management.
2. [Budget management and execution] Participate in and analyze development investment, budget and expense execution and management planning and apply the plan.
3. [Outsourcing management] Develop an investment plan regarding outsourcing contract in order to support research and development activities efficiently, review prices, and perform operational tasks.
4. [Building a development infrastructure] Participate in analyzing efficient resource allocation, development schedule, and market trend which are important part of the project and prepare for infrastructure build planning.
5. [Sample management] Analyze to operate and manage the samples(development, verification, marketing) needed for development and improve logistics to supply samples of each subs./R&D center on time.
6. [Material management] Perform to pursue win-win strategy by improving the process to manage and operate the warehousing/releasing of materials(new/mass production) efficiently.
7. Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills (incl. with local people).
8. A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
9. A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment - balanced and solid stress and time management skills.
10. Provide efficient and effective translation management and follow compliance operational standard
11. Creating weekly and monthly report translations.
12. The candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia - Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project).
13. The candidate support overall admin requirement and report to the SRIN coordinator (Korean), escalate to Head of SRIN (if any) and responsible for preparing any support overall reporting translation requirements and compliance process administration.
Skills and Qualifications
• Korean Native Speaker with strong English & Indonesian communication skill, in written and oral.
• Live in Jakarta (due to on-site job)
• Min Bachelor degrees in Business Administration, MBA, language and literature or any related Master degrees from reputable universities will be point plus.
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
